Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pain With Dizziness & Burps

AM A TYPE 2 DIABETIC. GETTING STOMACH PAINS THAT CAN DOUBLE ME UP AND NEED TO GET TO TOILET QUICKLY. STOOLS SOFT. ALSO LOT OF BURPING, CHEST PAIN AND DIZZINESS/NAUSEA. SOMETIMES HAVE A REALLY STRONG SENSE OF SMELL AND CANNOT STAND TO EAT FOOD AS IT SMELLS AWFUL.

Since when you suffering from this problem.

Possibility of your suffering from diabetic gastropathy with autonomic neuropathy.

The enteric nerves supplying the small intestine may be affected, leading to abnormal motility, secretion, or absorption. This leads to symptoms such as central abdominal pain, bloating, and diarrhea.

For your dizziness you need to consult your doctor to diagnose the cause for dizziness.

Tab. Nexium before breakfast
Tab. Metaclopramide twice a day
Tab. Rifaximine 200mg thrice a day for 5days
Tab. Vertin 16mg thrice a day

Please consult your doctor if symptoms not improved.
