This is bishu from India.First of all i would like to thank you all for giving us such a nice opportunity to enquire about our problems.
well my father is a kidney patient,as his kidney is working 25% now a days,he is CAPD(water dialysis) patient,just few months back he started CAPD treatment,but now after the surgical opreation(for CAPD cathetor) he is suffering from tremendous stomach eche.We are completely helpless now,as we are assuming that the cathetor which was inserted to his belly got infected & due to that he is in pain.please sir suggest me what shall i do.

Well come to HCM Thank for asking I really appreciate your concern, chances of infection and pain increased with urinary catheter particularly in old age, the catheter needs to be changed periodically and the bladder wash is also necessary, with the pathological condition given here, it may needs several investigations to reach up to the right reason and that needs to be treated, urine culture sensitivity is must, other condition like diabetes also matter of concern, you can discuss all these with his doctor hope this information helps.
