Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pains And Bleeding

I fell down marble steps on Friday and went to the ER have bruising on my elbow and my lower back. The bad is better bad still. I had my monthly period and now I m experiencing really bad pains in my stomach and bleeding really bad. Does it sound like internal bleeding does it?

Take tab meftal spas one tab when you hv pain abdomen... Can be taken maximum three times daily... Tab rantac 150 mg twice daily... Take these till you get relieved... For bleeding take tab texid 500mg three times daily for 7 days, consult your gynecologist also... Medicines will stop or slow the bleeding but falling on floor is difficult to relate with excess menstrual bleeding, detailed history and clinical examination is required for that
