Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pains Before And After Bowels

Hi. I had my gall bladder removed almost 3 yrs ago. Ever since, I eat and shortly after I have really bad stomach pains,then I have to have a bowel movement and my stomach hurts while I'm on the toilet. It hurts all the time before and after I eat anything.

Please take
1.ppi
2.tab.normaxine
3.plenty of fluids
You can continue probiotics with tab. Rifaximine
Avoid spices, oily food and alcohol. Regular exercise and meditation helpful. If symptoms not improved consult gastroentrologist.
