What Causes Abdominal Gas, Bloating, Nausea And Loose Stools?

symptoms: gas, loose bowels, nausea after stomach cramping - eating is not my friend. I bloat really badly and have stomach aches. the last couple of weeks, i have had stomach cramps that take my breath away ,with the loose bowels and nausea. The bloating and stomach aches after eating have been going on about 7 years. I have gone off gluten & dairy to no avail.

You have history of long term loose stool and abdominal bloting problem that may be because of irritable bowel syndrome. Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.

Food allergy may cause abdominal problems.
Gluten diet in celiac disease may cause this type of problems. Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis. Consent a gastroenterologist for diagnosis.
