Suggest Remedy For Stomach Upset Caused Due To Naproxen

My dr just called and is giving naproxen to take with allopurnole for gout and said it may upset my stomach. If that happens can I take something to stop the upset stomach? When I take acemetphine that upsets my stomach, so I will take it with milk.

Yes, naproxen may cause stomach upset.
To prevent it you should take it after meal if possible with milk.
Use of antacid medicine may be helpful in prevention of stomach upset caused by naproxen.
