I have a stone of 7 mm in the uretha and smaller ones in both my kidneys . My creative is 2.5 and do it has advised a endoscopy. He has given tablet flotral 10 MG to have for three days said may be the stone in the uretha be pushed out ... What is your advise
Hello and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist, i fully share your anxiety. Your creatinine is above normal. The stone can be easily cleared from the urethra, with endoscopic treatment under local anesthesia. This will also help the creatinine level to come down towards normal(1.4). Drink fluids, 400ml more, than the urine volume you pass. Small sized kidney stones, less than 4-5mm,pass spontaneously. Once creatinine level reaches normal, drink about 3 litres fluids daily.
