Hi,

You can try progressive muscular relaxation exercises which help reduce stress, anxiety and muscle tension. Detailed step by step instructions are freely available online. If the pain does not improve in a few days, then in my opinion, you should consult a doctor. Also try to take frequent breaks to stretch your body while you are working on the loom. Do not sit in the same posture for hours.

Best wishes.
