Hi,

Infants have adenoid gland at the back of their nose. This adenoid gland is generally enlarged in infants and blocks the proper mucus drainage of the nose. So the nose always gets stuffy. The gland will decrease in size as the age increases. Snoring will also get settled as the age increases. For now start Nasoclear nose drop 3 drops twice daily. If it still persists after 1 year then start Mometasone nasal spray at bedtime for 1 month.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
