Suggest Remedy For Sudden Loss Of Energy After Exercising

I am a 74 female 5 3 tall weigh 108 lbs.. Taking 75 mcg Thyroxine, losarten 25 mg estrogen and progesterone cream. Diet, gluten, dairy, soy nightshade free. Recent loss of energy even though I exercise daily 30 min of aerobics and 30 min of strength training plus 2 mile walk.

Hi,
From history it seems that your problem might be due to having thyroid problem and doing so much exercises at this age.
At this age there is more katabolic process is going on so you should avoid straineous exercise and keep some energy positive factors.
Go for light exercises like slow walking, swimming etc.
Go for exercises for five days in a week.
Add some dairy product in your diet.
Ok and take care.
