Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Pain In Foreskin

the entire foreskin area is swollen but a soft swollen, on my penis. Not sure if it is paraphimosis its a very soft swollen wide ring under my head it doesnt hurt but is uncomfortable, i can still get erect and that doesn t hurt, ive had some sort of poision ivy/oak rash in that area for the past few days and have been treating it with a benidril spray. Last night I scratched and itched the exact area very roughly and when i woke up i saw the swelling please help.
