Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Pain In Hand And Ankles

I am waiting on back surgery (again)- and haven’t been able to return to work in 9 months. ok? My right arm is going numb, (has been for weeks) hand is swelling and today notice today left ankle is painful and really swollen….? just nerves pinched or what?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to poor posture or circular disturbances, try to maintain good posture, so the blood circulation could be smooth without any obstruction, or local compression of peripheral nerve, hope this information helps, take care.
