My opinion- IN the given situation, You seems to be having-Nasal Bone Contusion with bruised subcutaneous tissue. Due to high vascularity in facial tissues,blunt Contusions, usually cause more of bruise with purple colour with lot of post-traumatic swelling in the traumatized face areas. Hence it would take another 24 hrs to judge on doctors visit. Do s - Ice Packing locally to hit areas, Tab Motrin- 400 mgm x 2-3 times a day If no relief in swelling-Consult Surgeon/ and or /ENT specialist if need be-and assess for the fractured nasal bone by X-ray skull and CT scan Start Tab Chymoral fort-3 times a day. Voltaren Gel-locally would expedite recovery. Antibiotic to avoid infection in traumatized face tissue. Tab-Zincovit to recoup the trauma fast. Rule out other causes,before concluding treatment on above lines.
