thanks for your query

I would suggest following things to be done :
1. clean n apply antiseptic to the wound
2.Tetanus vaccine should b taken immediately
3. if swelling as present in your case...Antibiotic should b added and a pain killer too
But if swelling still persists its best to consult a physician.
