Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Eyes

Last week I came to know that I have Thyroid (weight loss) and also have the Swelling in both the eyes, but left eye have more compare to right eye. Kindly suggest what the precatuion I have to take, presently I am taking medicine thrice in a day (antithyrox 10mg). Please advice.

For systemic disorders , you just need to consider respective medicines...
No specific ocular treatment required...
Jus check you are able to close your eyes completely or not...??
If not, need to start lubricating eye drops and night time pad & bandage to avoid exposure keratopathy... Else nothing else required...
