Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Hands& Feet With High Bp During Pregnancy
36 weeks pregnant. Have had high blood pressure (160/90 average) the entire pregnancy. Have developed diabetes (gestational). Just woke up from a three hour nap to a swollen face, hands, feet. Not typical for face to swell; only hands and feet. Had been standing on feet for two hours prior to nap in heat (outside birthday party). Any ideas to swiftly reduce swelling or if the local health care center is the place for me?
