Remedy for testicular Lump- With the limited information it is very difficult to comment on treatment for your case. Besdies this your case is not satisfactorily diagnosed by 3 doctors with whom you consulted lately. In this background of the facts given in your query,In My opinion and with my expertise,you seem to have -?InguinoScrotal Swelling on right side. I would suggest to have USG study which would fix the cause of the suspected swelling of right testes,causing burning pain while standing. Probable Cause seems to be - Inguino-scrotal Herniation /or Varicose Veins-as the burning pain increases only while standing in day light working hours.
