Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain after a traumatic
injury there is rupture of blood vessels leading to spillage of blood in the soft tissues leading to formation of
hematoma and bruising..
At times due to inflammatory reaction which occurs in the soft tissues leads to encapsulation of the hematoma and thus it take a comparatively longer time to subside..
You need not to worry as it will subside slowly and you can apply Thrombophob gel on it as it contains
Heparin sodium and will help in dissolving the hematoma..
Apply alternate warm and cold packs over it for faster healing..
Apply mucopain gel which is a numbing gel over the swelling to relieve pain and oral intake of
Ibuprofen can also help in relieving pain and inflammation..
As you have got a
fracture over the right eye as it is a stable non mobile bone it slowly heals by itself..
Hope this information helps..
