Suggest Remedy For Swelling On Scrotum And Lump On Penis Head

Hello. I am a male. Last night during a sexual encounter I had an erect penis and my partner was on top of me. I felt a pull that was kind of painful but I didn t think much of it. I didn t ejaculate but when I went to the bathroom I noticed my penis was lumpy and swollen near the head and my scrotem is swollen. I don t have any discomfort just the lumpy swelling in the area.

I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. It seems you are having an injury in your penis and scrotum due to sexual activity.

I suggest you consult a GP so that the swelling may be examined and a better diagnosis be made. Once a diagnosis is made, a relevant management plan may be offered to you.
