Suggest Remedy For Swollen Adenoids, Shortness Of Breath, Red Spots On Tongue And Cough

Our son has very swollen adenoids and has caught yet another infection. However he seems to be struggling a while sleeping very severely to the point he wakes himself catching his breath and snoring like a smoker. Looking at his mouth we have noticed red spots on his tongue and he has now a temperature, cough what should we do

these sound like strep infection
he would need to be seen by a doctor for possible antibiotics
also the symptoms sound like sleep apnea.
he would probably need his tonsils removed if they are enlarged
