Suggest Remedy For Swollen Area On Buttock Post A Fall Causing A Bruise

I fell down some stone steps at work and bruised my back and across my bottom. The bruising was severe and deep. Over 3 weeks later it still hurts to sit and there is a large swollen area on one cheek. It is obvious one is hugely swollen compared to the other.

it can be gluteal abscess. have warm phomantation, have inj penicillin 5lac unit im daily for 7days. take tab combiflam twice daily after food.should improve slowly.
