Suggest Remedy For Swollen Fingers, Pain And Numbness In Wrist After Steroid Injection

hello i had a steroid injection for carpal tunnel six weeks ago and the GP hit a nerve i have two swollen fingers (two nearest thumb) pain numbness lack of movement (feels like tendion pulling into claw position) my wrist aches all the time and i have no grip if i try to use the affected fingers . After visiting GP and pushing for a referal i have to wait a further seven weeks to be examined further so i am looking for advice especially as the GP has refered me for carpal tunnel not the injection injury!
