Suggest Remedy For Swollen Knee With Painful Hips And Buttocks Post A Fall

I slipped in the grass and ended up doing the splits. My left leg was the front leg and because I fell so quickly/went down hard I may have slightly hyperextended my knee. I have swelling on the side of that knee, like a fluid pocket and pain in my hip/back of leg below buttock, particularly when climbing stairs. Going down stairs doesn t cause severe pain. And my knee threatens to buckle every so often when I m just walking.

It's post traumatic pain and some antiinflammatory and analgesic tab can relieve you momentarily. As the time lapses, it will settle by itself.

To enhance the recovery process I would give to my own patients, 1/2 tsp tturmeric powder in warm milk or water for few days. It's a natural healer, analgesic and antiinflammatory. No side effects. Safe.

Hope it helps you to recover fast.
