Suggest Remedy For Testicle Pain
Dear Doctor. Last year in july i had Filaria and i got Banoside, then it was ok, but it didn't heal my right testical pain..still it continous with back pain when i worked hard, but when i sleep No pain is there.. according to the Ultra Sound scan it was Normal....... why is that Doctor ?

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
