the tube above my right testis is enlargerd, slightly thickned in comparison to the one in the left i o have no pain no tendernss on applying pressure on it consider i had scrotal ultrasound a month ago that showd normal size both testes no mass no varicocele on the rt side but 1st degree varicocele on the left (2.4 mm) what should i do for the tube on rt tesis and is it dangerous ?

I would suggest you to have a clinical palpation/ examination by the Urologist or a General Surgeon just to confirm or rule out your findings and to follow their advise.
