General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

ESR, CRP, ANA, RF, anti-cardiolipin, C3, C4, serum protein electrophoresis, and AS0. These tests can rule out if any severe disease is present! Otherwise, unusual presentation of migraine can also present like this!

For ≥ 4 attack of migraine per month then take Propranolol 8 hourly and Frovatriptan may repeat. If the attack persists, take less than 7 mg (at time of attack) and Divalprox sodium for 2 weeks (not long term) You need liver function tests bi-weekly too and need to report to a physician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
