Suggest Remedy For Tingling, Numb Arm While Having Herniated Disc

I have three herniated disc with a chip bone. My left arm has had numbness and tingling of and on for years. I can only type with one hand. My pain mag Dr. has me on I have had a epadorial gabapentin and pain meds, that dont work. I have also had injection in May. I have been going to P/T. That has not worked either. I see the norilagest in Sept. When I cough it hurts my left arm and the left side of my chest. What is that from?

Unilateral tingling can be either because of nerve indentation or some other neurological factor. Kindly consult a neurologist personally for further evaluation and treatment.
