Suggest Remedy For Tinnitus With History Of Sinusitis
Hi, i have a history with sinus i always have forehead headache and pain on the right side of my nose and somtimes pressure above my right eye basicly under the eyebrow, my problem is that a i hear whooshing sound and tinnitus sounds in my both ears and i hear it clearly at night when i lay down or on both sides

Tinnitus is a common complaint after an infection of the ear. Usually it will be cuted after few days. To reduce tinnitus 01) Sleep under a fan. Fan sound will mask tinnitus 02) Listen to music. 03) Avoid silent areas as silence increases perception of tinnitus.
If tinnitus persists for longer duration then its better to consult an ENT specialist.
