Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. I think your case is of post concussive syndrome (PCS). As many as 30% of patients who experience a concussion develop post concussive syndrome (PCS). Post concussive syndrome is defined as persistence of any combination of the following after a head injury: headache, nausea, emesis, memory loss, dizziness, diplopia, blurred vision, emotional liability, or sleep disturbances. It usually lasts for 3-4 months and symptoms usually peak 4-6 weeks following the injury. Sometimes it may last for a year or more. Supportive care in form of non narcotic analgesic and anti emetic can be sufficient. When PCS is severe or persistent, a multidisciplinary approach to treatment may be necessary including cognitive and psychotherapy consultations. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
