24 year old male, transient perenium cramping extending into what feels like the lower bowel. definitely cramping. posterior mid thigh primarily on the left has been on verge of cramping for the last few days. perenium cramping becoming more frequent, perhaps 1-3 times a day for around 10-15 seconds. diet average but have been binge drinking 2-3 times a week for the last month, 30-40+ units per week. no gastro symptoms like constipation or diarrhea but have been going more frequently the morning after drinking. thanks.
