Suggest Remedy For Trigeminal Neuralgia
My wife, aged 52 years, has been suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia for nearly six years. she takes TEGRITAL 200 mg (three tablets a day) for relief. Now for about a month she has not been getting relief even from the three TEGRITAL tablets. Please suggest remedy for this. With regards, Posa Brahmaiah

Hi,
Instead of Tegretal, use Oxetol XR, initially twice a day, then 3 times a day for 3 days. Increase the night dose every 3 days 300 mg to 1.2 gm a day. See the response after 2 weeks.
