Suggest Remedy For Upper Abdominal Pain Post Intake Of Certain Food

Hello Doc, I am 33 yrs male, i have pain in the upper left abdomen and when examined USG, CT , Xray it seems to be normal. But when i touch or eat its paining in the upper abdomen and i have a bloating. Mainly if i take any foods with diary or pesticides immediately the pain will rise. Ayurvedic doc told me i have a leaky gut or PID. Please suggest.

Based on the symptoms it's likely you may be having gastric ulcer. It's better you get an upper GI endoscopy done after consulting a gastro enterologist. It can be managed with antacids and proton pump inhibitors depending on whether there's a bleed or not. Also you've mentioned consumption of pesticides which is hazardous.
