Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Benign prostrate hyperplasia(enlarged prostrate) is very common in elderly males.
Following remedies may be tried
1. Life style modification like decreasing fluid intake before bedtime
2. Following a timed voiding (every 5-6 hours)schedule can help to reduce the symptoms
3. Corn silk acts as a natural diuretic and even helps relax the urinary muscles and lining. This leads to improved urine flow.
4. Kegel or pelvic-strengthening exercises can help ease some of enlarged prostate as they help tighten and clench specific pelvic muscles to help control urination.
Empty your bladder and lie on the floor with your knees bent and apart. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles for 5 seconds, then relax them for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 to 20 times, 3 or 4 times each day.

Consult a Urologist if problem persists

Hope this information helps
