Hello Dr, Iam kalpana 27 years old. iam 7 weeks pregnacy and having bleeding from last 10days. my dr suggested me to take tranexamic acid 500 for 4 days tid along with folicacid, progesterone 200mg bid and metformin 200mg bid. iam taking tranexamic acid from last 3days yet bleeding doesnt stop, and i had ultrasound pregnancy scan on 10days back shows 6weeks 2days pregnancy. i was in dilama whether this bleeding affect my pregnancy. actually i had a abortion on june of this year in same 2nd month period...plz let me know the exact cause of this bleeding.....
