Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Sores

It looks like i have sores on the inside of my vagina lips. I used nair and it began burning so as I m washing it off. I mist admit with my wash cloth i was being a little ruff. Andbas I m rinsing i discover a sore on the insode of my vagina bleeding and burning. Before i took this shower I didn t have this.

I would recommend an STD-panel in such a situation, to confirm/rule out any such causes. As these are the more likely causes, please also avoid sexual contact until a diagnosis is established.
