Hello,
Since you are having swelling & pain in the joints, you are having restricted movements due to pain & discomfort, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP & get tests for RA, OA done.
Tests will include all test for RF, anti-CCP, ANA,
ESR,
C-Reactive protein & few imaging(X-ray & MRI) tests.
Your treatment (by medicines or surgery) will depend on the pathology detected that has affected your joints.
You are suggested to lose weight if
obese, do exercises under a physiotherapist & regular walking.
Avoid sedentary lifestyle for it will trigger & make your symptoms worse. For burning sensation in the stomach you can take antacids or PPI's, one sos when required. To prevent burning in the stomach maintain the time of your food intake.
Avoid spicy, fried food. Avoid addictions if any. Take plenty of water so that you are not constipated.
You are suggested to inform the treating doctor if the medicines prescribed are not suiting you. For relieve you can take NSAIDS,
combiflam, one sos after food when needed. Get clinically assessed to rule out
peptic ulcer.
