Suggest Remedy For Water Behind The Ear Drum

I HAVE TAKEN MY DAUGHTER TO ERGENT CARE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES ---THEY GIVE HER EAR DROPS TO NUMB IT --THEY ALSO SAID SHE HAS WATER BEHIND THE EAR-DRUM. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES --AND ALL THEY TELL ME THEY WILL CALL ME BACK AND GIVE THE MEDS TIME TO WORK --THATS BEEN 10 DAYS I TOLD THEM SHE IS NO BETTER BUT THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN-AROUND , WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?

Hi.
I can understand your concern for your daughter.
In fact the fluid behind the ear drum can take much time to resolve particularly if there is an associated URTI.

I would advise you to get to the office of an ENT for proper clinical evaluation, investigations and proper treatment.

She will need a combination of antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines along with decongestants, and supportive management.
