Hi I swallowed a gulp of pool water about 4 hours ago. I choked on it I guess, and gasped for air .. once I caught my breath and I guess my airway was cleared I was able to talk normally. I read online some cases of secondary drowning. Is it possible that I got water in my lungs while gasping for air, and if I could drown later tonight when I go to bed from secondary drowning.

Suggest Remedy For Water In The Lungs
Hello dear , hi Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly . * This seems to be swallowing in stomach , rather than water in the lungs . * If you are talking , breathing normally you do not require any remedy . If slightest doubt get examined with your doctor . Hope this clears your doubt . Regards .
