Suggest Remedy For Watery Red Eyes And Pain In Nose

so out of nowhere my son started to grab his nose and cry his eyes look a little bit red and he has a little bit of boogers wondering what would cause this for him to be so uncomfortable with his nose cuz he s never had issues with allergies or anything before but that s the only thing I can come up with that would irritate his nose and causes eyes to be red

Hi,

I also think it due to some allergy. You should use nasal saline drops for the nose. For eyes you may use some antiallergic drops like Naphazoline or Chlorpheniramine drops. Some times you may be needed to add some antiallergic orally like Cetirizine or Loratadine.
