I have b12 deficiency (pernisious anemia) will i get better, i feel unwell most of the time even though i have the injections every month. My iron level seems to go down too and that makes me feel tierd.

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Pernicious anemia is due to intrinsic factor deficiency and is an autoimmune disease and will require Vit B12 injections.
2. Iron deficiency is due to reduced intake and possible reduced acidity due to gastric atrophy. Acid helps in increased iron absorption.
3. Iron infusion or injections will be more useful. Followup reticulocyte count after 15 days will confirm improvement. This will give overall improvement.
