General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This doesn't seem to be related to her cardiac history. Rarely coarctation of aorta may present with unequal pulses in arms or sensations but rarely. It can be a possibility that her arm symptoms may be due to neurological disorder or cervical spondylosis because of nerve involvement at spinal level.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
