Suggest Remedy For White Bumps On Inside Of Lips

I kissed my boyfriend about a week ago an now today during school my lips felt weird so I go check them in the mirror an there's white bumps on the inside of my lip idk what to think or do I need help ps:not me jus helping a friend out she's worried an I told her I'd do some research an I ain't even her bf an I ain't even of her friends that's a girl I'm just a guy she looks up to an I'm there for her help me help her.

As per your complain white bumps inside the.lips can be Canker Sores or can be due to some allergic reaction..
It can also be biting of the lip..
As it is just one week but in case if her boyfriend has cold sores caused by Herpes virus infection they less probable in one week but the chances can be of Herpes virus infection..
I would suggest that she should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and investigations as per the suspected cause can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now of there is pain she can gargle with numbing mouthwash
Suck ice..
Take Ibuprofen for relieving pain and inflammation..
Avoid spicy foods..
