General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have middle ear infection. In this situation, I suggest antibiotics ear drops two drops daily. I, also, suggest non steroidal anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen 400mg for pain management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arup Majumdar, General & Family Physician
