Suggest Remedy To Alleviate The Pain In Left Abdomen Radiating To Back

I am in a lot of pain on my left side going around my back. I have been taking paradox but that does not seem to help. I bought a wheat pack last night & it helps for awhile, but this has been going on for nearly 48 hours & I cannot sleep much due to the pain. What else can I do to alleviate this intense pain?

hi,
abdominal pain radiating to back suggestive of renal calculi. Have plenty of water and get done ultrasound done to rule out renal calculi
