Hi,
It will be a very long journey for you to lose weight but you can do it.
eat slow and munch on fruits whenever wants to eat apart from meals.
You have to eat balanced and exercise regular for achieving a ideal body weight for life long.
Also dieting is not a solution for
weight loss, Instead eat local and all seasonal food items and be regular in physical activity
Please follow the undermentioned points:-
1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables ( even mangoes ) but in limit
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep
