Hi,
Your lab results appear normal, besides CK-MB and LDH which are significantly high. Though these are subject to individual lab reference values, but on average it seems high.
Did you have chest pain recently? or have easy fatigability, chest heaviness or breathlessness on exertion?
Are you diabetic? Because diabetes may mask some complains related to heart.
I would recommend you to get an ECG, meet your primary care physician to discuss this.
Regarding your cholesterol levels and other, it seems apparently normal, with you food and workout.
Regards
