consult pulmonologist first and get done clinical examination of respiratory system.
If pulmonologist heard rhonchi and wheezing then
bronchitis is more likely and you will need inhaled
bronchodilator and inhaled
corticosteroids (ICS).
But if he found crepitation and crackle then you may need chest x ray with abdominal shield (to prevent
radiation exposure to your baby) to rule out pneumonia.
You may need higher antibiotics too.
So don't wait, consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
