hello Dr, I AM ON 300G OF AMIRA TO TREAT LONG TERM ANXIETY 18 YEARS,however at the moment particularly when long distance driving I GET TENSE AND SWALLOW EXCESSIVELY, How can I reteain my mind to control, will anything happen to me if I simply say to myself No, dont swallow?
