iam 37 year my ultrasound repot is anteverted uterus 86, 45, 66 mm and multipul myometrial febriods measuring 17 to 21 mm myometrial posterior upper wall 16 to 13 mm myometrial posterior upper periphral wall 41 to34mm subserous left lateral wall endometrium is normal 4to5 nabothian cyst in the cervix overies are normal i did not get pregnancy yet i have regular and nomal mensturation what is the tratmet of febriods and ian get pregnancy
