Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Smell That Is Stuck In Nose
I think I am having some kind of allergic reaction in my nose to the fabric softener we've used for years. I can't get the over powering smell out of my nose even when I'm out in fresh air. This has lasted for 3 or 4 days now. It's caused a slight headache, not bad...but the smell is so strong And won't go away. I started using a saline nasal spray today which brings a temporary relief. How can I make this smell that is stuck in my nose go away?

it is likely that the smell is due to the particles stuck in your nose.you may have to meet your ent doctor, who will be able to irrigate your nose and provide you relief.
meanwhile you can continue the saline drops, but meet your ent doctor if you are still troubled after 24 hours!
